Here are the requirements for RME License Renewal:

1. Kailangan hindi expired ang membership mo sa IIEE organization. 

2. Renew your IIEE membership at IIEE Members Portal.

3. Pagkatapos marenew ng inyong IIEE membership you can now request for “COGS” Certificate Of Good Standing. Ito ay mandatory at hinanap ng PRC bago makapagrenew ng RME PRC ID.

4. Kailangan din ang CPD points isa ito sa mga requirements ng PRC. Samantala, pinapayagan pa ng PRC na mag renew ng PRC ID kahit wala pang CPD units hanggang December 31, 2022 pero kailangan ito i-comply sa susunod na pagrenew.

5. Kung meron ng COGS visit the PRC online portal https://online.prc.gov.ph/ mag register kung wala pang account o mag sign-in kung meron na. Complete filling out your personal data.

6. A copy of recent 2X2 ID picture taken not more than 6 months prior to PRC license renewal. It must be on a plain white background and wearing a decent attire with a collar in the photo.

7. Magbayad ng fees using the online payment options ng PRC at mag set ng appointment kung kailan ang iyong gustong araw para pumunta sa pinakamalapit na opisina o branch ng PRC (Professional Regulation Commission).

How to renew your IIEE membership online using the IIEE Members Portal?
 
Here are the online procedure on how to renew in IIEE:

1. Open your browser and visit the iiee members portal at https://membership.iiee.org.ph/ee/index.php/login/index

2. Log-in to your account using your username and password. Note: Your username is your email address registered to iiee website. Incase you forget your password you may click the “Forgot Password”. An email will be sent to you to reset and create your new password.
 
3. Update, complete your profile and “Save Changes”.

4. In the left corner of iiee members portal website you will see the three little horizontal bar line click it and in the menu select “Members Request” and click the “Request Type”.  Select “Renew membership with UID 1500 3 years membership, 200 UID, COGS not included” for renewal and select “COGS – Request Regular Member” for the Certificate Of Good Standing.

5. Select your “Delivery Option”. Check your “Mailing Address” if correct. Input the “Official Receipt Name”. And “+Add Request” to confirm your transaction.

6. Your request will be posted on “Request History” where you can view the transaction you have made.

7. Click the “Pay” button online dragonpay for the fees of your transaction. In dragonpay select “Payment Options” and click “I Agree”. Note: Payment instructions will be sent to you registered email address in the IIEE Portal.

Reminders for the RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP WITH UID:
  • ‌Once payment is done, please wait for 24 hours for payment validation and updating of membership status.
  • ‌If the membership is already updated or active, you may proceed with the request for COGS.
  • ‌Delivery of your UID (with LBC fee) will be after 10 to 15 working days to your mailing address.
  • ‌If you choose for pick up to IIEE National office, once payment is done, you may visit our office at 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday.

COGS REMINDERS:

  • ‌COGS request is subject for Chapter’s President approval before the payment button will enable.
  • ‌For COGS request, once approved by the Chapter President and payment is verified after 24 hours, you may download the e-copy under member request.
